where will your journey lead you next?
you find yourself in a vast, open atrium, built of sleek steels and neon glints of energy. veins of unworldly blue snake along the seams of the segmented floor, all branching from the feet of a massive circular gate at the space's center, grown from the same metal of the floor, arching up akin to an analogue of a tree. the veins wrap around its geometric sides, carving in glowing glyphs that you have only the slightest notion of how to understand.
it pulses, inviting.

the sound of working construction machinery echoes through the branching halls. distant, but close enough so that you can see some of the passageways blocked off by jarringly contemporary warning tape. you sneak a peek past the bounds, but the only motion past the threshhold is that of the automated builders. none of them pay you any mind.
